This is where I started my foray into Mac Emulation. Unfortunately I no longer have much need for testing sites on Mac Os 8, but it was the closest thing to a Mac I had for a long time.

I Started using Sheepshaver after discovering it was Os 9 capable, as PearPC and BasiliskII are not.
Again, for lack of an Apple Computer, I use this currently for testing web sites on multiple platforms.

I find it very responsive, even on my old PC, internet could be sped up however...

I've been using PearPC for some time now, in the beginning for lack of an Apple Computer, currently for testing web sites on multiple platforms. Could be faster, but not bad at all. I suppose my PC is getting a little old as well...

Also comes in very handy in tech support situations. I recently had a client inquire as to how to get a email account setup on his Mac. No idea. Fire up PearPC and work it out. Done.
